Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Collision Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our collision repair facility. The ideal candidate will manage a team of technicians, coordinate repair processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, automotive industry knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of collision repair production, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Manage technician schedules, workflow, and productivity to meet or exceed company standards.
- Oversee quality control to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, customers, and vendors to facilitate smooth repair processes.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth.
Experience
- A solid understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in collision repair or automotive maintenance.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Prior experience managing a team within an automotive or collision repair setting is desirable.

- Minimum three years working in a Collision Centre.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
