Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Financial Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, helping customers manage their financial transactions, develop relationships, and access essential banking and lending services. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will drive positive experiences and foster long-term client relationships.
Duties
- Assist customers with financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling while ensuring accuracy in debits and credits.
- Manage customer accounts by providing personalized relationship management and addressing inquiries related to loans, payments, or account status.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to security protocols.
- Process loan applications, verify documentation, and facilitate loan origination and processing efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, cash management activities, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial sales or customer relationship management within banking or retail environments.
- Strong understanding of banking operations including cash handling, cashiering, debits & credits, and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for transaction processing and account management.
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately for data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and security procedures related to financial transactions.

Candidate must have an open availability for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as this is a 7 day a week operation. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends to meet our client’s business needs,
