Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working labourer to join our crew. No experience? No problem! We will provide training for the right person. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and work your way up to becoming a commercial/residential installer.
Responsibilities
- Assist installers with siding and roofing projects
- Carry, load, and organize materials and tools
- Set up and clean up job sites
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and tools is preferred
- Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in construction
