Milestone Wellness Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Our clinic is conveniently located in the Korean Town Centre near Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station in Burnaby, making it easily accessible for both practitioners and patients.
Korean- or Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse patient community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, and self-management strategies to support their recovery and overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in accordance with regulatory and health standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding treatment plans, expected outcomes, and any contraindications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset but is not required.
- Ability to communicate in Korean or Chinese is a strong asset.
