Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with licensing standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment following health and safety protocols
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate licensing body
- Proven experience in providing various massage therapy techniques with positive client feedback
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to create a comfortable environment for clients
- Prior experience is preferred but not required; ongoing training and professional development opportunities are available for growth within the role
Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
