Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals (or couples, if interested), providing support and guidance in a wellness setting. There are two Licensed Counselling Therapists on site for cross-referral. Hourly rate listed is post clinic split ($165-$175/hr before split)
Duties
- Provide individual and dyadic counseling sessions to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Licensing through the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (LCT-C acceptable) or through the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers (MSW required).
- Strong skills in patient care, including empathy and active listening.
- Familiarity with data collection methods relevant to counseling and case management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $115.00-$135.00 per hour
