SUMMARY:
The position requires the knowledge and ability to participate in a variety of hard and soft landscaping tasks involving pool construction, interlock, wood work, excavation, grading, drainage, planting, sodding, mulching & more. In addition, the skilled labourer must be proficient in the use of all tools and equipment necessary to perform these tasks. Candidates should also have a desire to advance their career in the landscape trade.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 Seasons Landscape Construction experience.
- Daily transportation to and from either our yard or current jobsite.
- Able to work 30-50 Hours a week (Mon - Fri) *Occasional Saturdays as required due to peak seasonal workloads or as a result of the weather delays during (M-F) operations
- Sound working knowledge of landscape practices and equipment usage
- Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship
- Able to work in a team environment to complete the common goal
- Self motivated with a good work ethic
- Ability to follow direction & work accordingly
- Routinely punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift in excess of 70 Lbs repeatedly.
- Able to follow and practice safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Valid "G" License (Clean Abstract – No Major Infractions)
