WOW! Factor Desserts is an established and growing specialty dessert manufacturer seeking an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Shipper & Receiver to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping frozen dessert products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and cleanliness within the warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities
· Work safely and efficiently in a freezer environment
· Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock products accurately and efficiently
· Load and unload goods weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Inspect incoming shipments against invoices and shipping documents; report shortages or damaged goods
· Wrap pallets securely for shipment
· Operate warehouse equipment such as Stand-up reach forklift, Sit-down forklift, hand trucks and walkies to move and store products
· Rotate inventory using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) process
· Stock shelves and organize products in designated freezer locations
· Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
· Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through daily sanitation tasks, including sweeping, dusting, waste disposal, and recycling
· Work collaboratively as part of a team and support overall warehouse operations
· Perform all tasks with minimal supervision while demonstrating accountability and initiative
· Work overtime as required to meet operational needs
Education & Experience
· Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
· Experience working in a freezer or cold-storage environment is considered an asset
· Forklift certification is an asset
· Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food production environment is an asset
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance
· Ability to work extended hours when required
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
