Building Operator – Commercial Properties
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Building Operator to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial building operations experience, or a valid 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of building operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Police clearance required.
- Own tools are considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on building maintenance and operations for multiple commercial properties.
- Monitor and maintain building systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs and general building operations.
