Pay and Opportunity
- $25–$30 per hour based on experience and ability
- Approximately 35–50 hours per week during busy periods

What You’ll Be Doing
- Professional residential and commercial window cleaning
- Traditional squeegee cleaning and water-fed pole work
- Professional gutter cleaning
- Safely carrying, setting up and securing extension ladders
- Working confidently at heights and around rooflines
- Protecting customer property and delivering an excellent experience
- Inspecting work and meeting Brightest Day quality standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment and an organized work environment
- Following safety procedures, checklists and company systems
Mandatory Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Professional window cleaning experience
- Professional gutter cleaning experience
- Valid Ontario Working at Heights training with proof of certification
- Professional experience safely using extension ladders
- Knowledge of traditional squeegee window cleaning
- Confidence working at heights and around rooflines
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to our Whitby meeting location
- Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment
- Strong attendance, punctuality and communication
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather
- Smartphone with data
- Commitment to safety and company systems
Water-fed pole and pure-water system experience is strongly preferred.
Important
Applications without valid Ontario Working at Heights training and professional window and gutter cleaning experience will not be reviewed.
Brightest Day will train you on our specific equipment, systems and standards. We are not providing basic training to applicants with no relevant experience.
