Duties
- Serve customers with friendly and attentive service, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling ingredients and preparing ramen bowls according to recipes
- Cook and handle food safely, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Prepare meals efficiently while adhering to food safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations throughout shifts
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and finished dishes
- Support team members during busy hours by assisting with various restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of serving, food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices
- Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols within the food industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
