The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and tailoring solutions for new existing clients. We are always looking for highly motivated Commercial Account Executives who are eager to represent FENA to attract new commercial clients.
Essential Job Functions
Generate new leads and new sales opportunities, negotiate with potential clients, and close sales to achieve goals.
Maintain knowledge about company's products, procedures, and services.
Evaluate customer’s needs and wants.
Build lasting relationships with clients throughout the communities we serve.
Develop effective "out of the box" sales strategies.
Build and look after a portfolio of valued clients.
Following up with leads to secure and maintain business
Requirements
3-5 years of commercial insurance industry experience
RIBO license required
CIP, CRM or CAIB an asset or working towards an insurance designation
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
