Hensall Co-op is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Farm Services team! This position is responsible for driving growth in crop input sales and procuring food-grade origination acres, including edible dry beans and soybeans, within the Aylmer region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
- Procurement of food grade acres including soybeans and edible dry beans and other commercial grains
- Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
- Promote and maximize participation in Hensall Co‑op programs, promotions, and bundled offerings
- Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to identify needs and opportunities
- Provide agronomic advice and crop solutions through on‑farm visits, meetings, and digital communication
- Utilize CRM platform, ERP systems, and field trace 2.0 for customer management, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with Operations Management, Agronomy, and Customer Service teams and assist with location operations during peak periods
- Support and participate in grower meetings, training sessions, and local events
- Ensure accurate administration of sales agreements and records
- Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture or related field preferred
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in sales related role, agriculture industry preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs and food grade crop production
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
