Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Co-Development Manager to join our growing real estate development team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison and day-to-day manager for joint venture and co-development partnerships, overseeing all phases of the development process from pre-development through project completion and handover. You will work alongside our joint venture partners, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure that co-developed projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the agreed development program and partnership objectives. Reports To VP / Director of Development.
Key Responsibilities
Joint Venture & Partnership Management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for co-development partners, maintaining strong working relationships and clear lines of communication
- Build relationships with referral sources and originate co-development opportunities through realtors, commercial brokers, mortgage brokers and other centres of influence.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to administer joint venture agreements, co-development agreements, and related partnership documents
- Track partner obligations, approval rights, contribution schedules, and milestone triggers under JV agreements
- Facilitate partner meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain a shared decision log
- Manage escalation processes and support resolution of disputes or disagreements in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor partner equity contributions, preferred return calculations, and promote structures in coordination with the finance team
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in real with direct exposure to land assembly or real-estate development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package including:
- Base salary commensurate with experience and market benchmarks
- Performance-based annual bonus tied to project and company milestones
Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
