Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
- Provide support to students in the classroom, including those with special needs
- Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure a positive learning experience for all students
- Assist with daily activities, such as mealtime, naptime, and outdoor play
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Familiarity with special needs education and strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
