Roofing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Manager to lead our residential roofing operations in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily roofing operations and oversee multiple crews.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate residential and some commercial roofing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate roofing supervisors and crew members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare project budgets, estimates, and progress reports.
- Maintain compliance with Manitoba workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Support business growth through excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of roofing industry experience.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems.
- Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications is considered an asset.
- Health and safety training or COR experience is an asset.
