Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and passionate Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to complete our team!
In this role, you will lead up to 8 participants through safe and effective Reformer Pilates routines. You will also have the opportunity to lead one-on-one sessions to improve members skills, strength, and knowledge. You must be comfortable working with members of all ages and fitness levels and be able to provide modifications and variations for injuries, limitations, and individual needs.
Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and encouraging space where every member feels supported and motivated throughout their workout.
Duties
- Lead Reformer Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
- Develop personalized modifications to accommodate clients’ individual needs and fitness levels
- Create a 50 minute class plan a head of time to ensure organized and safe exercise, plans will not be provided
- Provide clear, motivating instructions that can be easily followed to enhance client experience and understanding of the reformer
- Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a positive and welcoming studio environment at all times
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques, industry trends, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Certified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor with recognized credentials from a reputable organization
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Pilates or similar fitness classes
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate diverse clients
- Excellent time management skills to handle work load and class management
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive class atmosphere
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 5.0 per week
