Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpet cleaner and independent Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with cleaning equipment, hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and safely. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to provide a positive experience for clients and team members alike.
Duties
- Operate pressure washers and related power tools to clean building exteriors, equipment, and surfaces
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, custodial duties, and minor repairs
- Use hand tools for equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all cleaning projects meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes
- Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials as needed during cleaning operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment after each job
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
