Potherb Cannabis Co. is one of Mississauga's most trusted cannabis retailers, known for an exceptional in-store experience and a team that genuinely knows their products. We currently have two openings — one full-time and one part-time — and are looking for the right candidates to fill both. Applicants will be considered for either role based on availability, experience, and the needs of the team at the time of hiring.

Your Day-to-Day
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable way that makes every visit memorable.
- Walk customers through available products — strains, formats, potency, consumption methods — and match them with options that fit their needs.
- Process transactions accurately through our POS system in full compliance with Ontario cannabis regulations.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.
- Stay informed on new arrivals, industry news, and any relevant legislative changes.
- Support your teammates in hitting store targets and keeping the work environment positive and productive.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to actively listen and tailor your approach to each customer.
- Solid understanding of cannabis products, strains, and various consumption methods.
- Familiarity with Ontario and federal cannabis rules and regulations.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid CannSell certification (required before starting).
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
