Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations. The CFO will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring strong fiscal performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial planning
- Manage corporate finance activities including investments and capital planning
- Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to executive leadership
- Lead and support the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial management
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
Pay: $145,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
