Entry-Level Siding Installer / Exterior Finisher – Training Provided
Limitless Industries LTD. is looking for motivated individuals who want to learn the siding and exterior finishing trade while working on commercial construction projects across Vancouver Island and beyond.
Previous siding experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right people who are reliable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and interested in building a long-term career in construction.
You will learn how to assist with and install:
- Hardie plank and panel siding
- Metal and vinyl soffits
- Longboard and aluminum cladding systems
- Flashings and finishing trims
- Building wrap and rainscreen systems
- Exterior preparation work
- Scaffolding and lift setup and use
This position involves working on commercial construction sites where safety, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are important. Some projects require working out of town from Monday to Friday, with accommodations provided by the employer.
Requirements:
- No previous siding experience required
- Construction experience is an asset but not necessary
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically able to lift materials and perform construction work
- Must have basic PPE, including work boots and a hard hat
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town when required
- Must be located in or able to work in Duncan, Nanaimo, Campbell River, Powell River, or nearby areas
Travel and Accommodations:
Some projects may require travel and overnight stays from Monday to Friday.
