We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare treatments, including eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, promoting retail products, and creating a relaxing experience for clients.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Educate clients on skincare best practices and product usage to enhance their results
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license (Nice to have) in accordance with state regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
