Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Clothing Sales Assistant to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our clothing products. Duties
- Help to organize for online sales
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about clothing features, fabrics, and styling options
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems for transactions,
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight new or promotional items
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Offer personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Support team efforts in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandise merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell products tactfully
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation essential for engaging with clients
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with fashion products is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
