Assembly Warehouse Personnel

Emcab Kitchens is looking for a motivated and reliable Assembly Warehouse Personnel team member to join our growing cabinet manufacturing and installation company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow within the cabinetry and renovation industry.
Responsibilities
- Assemble kitchen cabinets and related components
- Safely use hand and power tools including drills, saws, and measuring tools
- Read and follow basic drawings and measurements
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Help prepare orders and materials for installations and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/shop environment
- Assist with local deliveries when required
- Support installers and warehouse team as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Comfortable using tools and working in a warehouse/shop environment
- Ability to read measurements and basic drawings
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in cabinetry, woodworking, or construction
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation is considered a strong asset
- Experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or construction is an asset but willing to train the right candidate

Additional Pay/Benefits
