We are looking for established and new Property Managers to enhance our property management division. Position Overview:
As an Established Property Manager at Century 21 In Town Realty, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing your property management portfolio. We are looking for hard working individuals.
Qualifications:
- Experience as of successful Property Manager within the real estate industry.
- Book of Business: Demonstrated ability to bring in and manage a substantial book of business.
- Real Estate Expertise: In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property management principles, and relevant regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great Team Player
