What we offer:
- No experience necessary. You will get all the required training from day one (and for the rest of your career with us).
- Necessary PPE provided
- Health Benefits available after six (6) months
- Overtime after 44 hours per week, plus 2% vacation time.
- Career Growth. We have tons of opportunities for growth and advancement towards a specialty operator with industry certified training.
What we ask of you:
- You don't mind getting dirty: This role involves hands-on work in and around sanitary and storm sewers. You will be working outdoors in all types of adverse weather conditions and frequently within confined spaces (manholes).
- Your schedule is flexible: Infrastructure doesn't sleep. You must be able to work some nights and weekends on a rotating "on-call" schedule, and be willing to travel out-of-town based on project demands.
- You are physically capable: This is demanding field work. You must be in good health and physical condition to assist with heavy equipment, operate combination flusher/vac trucks, and perform daily physical tasks safely.
- You are highly comfortable in and around live traffic: You must hold a minimum Class G driver’s license with a clean abstract to operate our field vehicles. Because the vast majority of our work takes place right in the road or public right-of-way, you must be completely confident driving a range of equipment and working safely just feet away from moving traffic without getting rattled.
- You sweat the details: Even in the mud, accuracy matters. You will be responsible for precise on-site documentation (photographs, videos, chain of custody) and calibrating complex CCTV inspection robots.
