In-Store Operations & Sales Lead Part-Time (Evenings) Nepean, ON In-Person
About the Role
We are a growing retail and e-commerce business in the competitive sports industry, serving teams, clubs, schools, and athletes across Canada. Our store is based in Nepean, ON and we operate both in-person and online.
We are a community-driven business. Our customers are athletes, parents, coaches, and clubs who trust us to help them find the right gear and feel supported. We take that seriously — and so should you.
We are looking for a warm, mature, and hands-on person who genuinely loves helping people and wants to grow into a key leadership role. You will work directly with the owner, learn every aspect of the business, and take real ownership of store operations, customer experience, and day-to-day execution.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, evenings (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Saturdays (half day)
- 15–25 hours per week to start
- Occasional additional hours for events and competitions
A Note on How We Work
This is a fast-paced business where customer demand does not always follow a schedule. You will be expected to respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries outside of your regular hours when needed — especially during peak season. We respect your time and compensate for this additional availability separately. If you thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in being responsive and reliable, you will fit right in.
