We are looking for an individual to join our team and continue the success of our expanding organization. We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is results-oriented and has exceptional people skills. The successful candidate will have prior experience managing a team and will be responsible for training staff, scheduling employees, ensuring that deadlines are met, and ensuring the organization's work is completed in a timely manner. Candidates must already live in the Winnipeg area and are required to have strong communication skills (in English) both written and spoken. Must have full-service restaurant experience. Fast food or walk-up service is Not considered for full-service restaurant experience.
