Our newest platform, Ref Tech, transforms physical products into referral-enabled assets using NFC chips and QR technology. Verified product owners can recommend products they genuinely own and earn payments for successful referrals, prospective customers receive exclusive savings, and businesses gain a scalable referral channel tied directly to real-world products.
Rather than relying on traditional affiliate links or referral codes, Ref Tech introduces an entirely new approach to product referrals by connecting recommendations directly to physical ownership.
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack SaaS Developer to help bring this platform to life.

It is a scalable SaaS platform designed to support businesses ranging from small local companies to international brands.

We're looking for someone who can transform an already well-defined product into a polished, secure, and scalable production platform.
Responsibilities
You'll work directly with the founder to build and evolve Ref Tech.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces
- Build secure backend functionality
- Implement authentication and role-based permissions
- Integrate Stripe Connect for businesses and product owner payouts
- Develop ownership, referral, and payout workflows
- Build dashboards for multiple user types
- Develop APIs and third-party integrations where appropriate
- Recommend scalable technical solutions and best practices
- Participate in ongoing product development and future platform enhancements
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with the following technologies is preferred:
- React
- Laravel
- PHP
- MySQL
- REST APIs
- Stripe Connect
- Git
- Responsive Web Development
Experience with the following is considered an asset:
- Flutter or React Native
- NFC technology
- QR code systems
- SaaS platforms
- Marketplace platforms
- Referral systems
- Payment platforms
- AWS or DigitalOcean
- Webhooks
- Role-based permission systems
Equivalent technologies are welcome if you're confident you can work within our stack.

About the Team
You'll work directly with the founder throughout development.
Unlike many startup projects, the product vision, user experience, workflows, and interface designs have already been completed. Your role is to engineer a reliable, secure, and scalable platform while contributing your own technical expertise where appropriate.
We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term partnership—not simply completing a short-term contract.
As Ref Tech grows, there will be opportunities to continue developing new functionality across both Ref Tech and the broader Referral World ecosystem.
Compensation
$25–40/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
Work Remote with occasional in office work if required.
