Responsibilities
Supervise the Purchasing Department team and the Stores operations (outsourced services);
Ensure transparency and integrity in contract awarding processes as well as technical specifications for all types of purchases;
Coordinate inventory management while ensuring an adequate service level for maintenance activities and participate in the parts codification process;
Manage the acquisition and disposal of equipment;
Follow the fleet lifecycle optimization strategy;
Analyze various data sources (purchasing systems, portals) in order to propose cost-saving plans or initiatives to increase equipment availability (maintenance management);
Perform any other related duties.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Supply Chain and Stores Manager, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management;
More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management or any other relevant experience;
Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English;
Excellent customer service skills and understanding of operational needs;
Excellent communication skills;
Experience with a procurement management system;
Knowledge of mechanics or industrial environments.
