We’re looking for an experienced Autobody Repair Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-range automotive body repairs and refinishing on all makes and models
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, bumpers, and doors
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections to restore factory finish
- Sand, mask, and prime surfaces in preparation for painting
- Mix and apply body filler, seam sealer, and finishing materials accurately
- Use power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Work efficiently to meet shop production goals and maintain repair quality standards
- Ensure all work aligns with customer expectations and OE specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience as an Autobody Repair Technician (more preferred)
- Strong understanding of autobody repair processes and refinishing techniques
- Auto Body Technician License Spot welder experience preferred
- Proficiency with a wide range of power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift heavy parts and complete physical work in a shop setting
- Experience with dealership or OEM repair processes is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
