RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of cleaners and security guards, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular training session to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly.
- Support in setting performance objectives and evaluate team members against these goals.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Support in safety training and maintain a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Angus Software and related programs.
