We are looking for a Order Entry/CSR to join our close knit team environment. Door hardware experience would definitely be an asset of the job. Ability to accurately input customer orders and acting as a link between service operations and customers.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Duties will include:
- Support customers by email
- Update tracking logs & order verification
- Process quotes, invoices and orders which includes shipping confirmations, ETA updates & updating inventory
- Computer literate with good typing skills and attention to detail
- Able to read a price book
- Perform physical inventory counts and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Quick to learn and seeking long term role
- Answer customer inquiries on product, pricing and availability
- Evaluate product availability, cost, sourcing and replenishment paths
- Must have a valid G driver's license
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills in English
- Team player with a great attitude
- No Criminal Record
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, product details, PO's, SO's and Tickets
- Order Verification: Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and pricing
- Resolutions: Address order changes, cancellations, backorders, and discrepancies efficiently.
- Documentation: Generate order confirmations, invoices, shipping documents, and maintain detailed records.
- Inventory: Complete physical inventory counts and adjustments. Lift and move heavy items (doors and motors) to account for all stock
Qualifications
- Education: OSSD or Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service & order entry
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must know how to read a price book & have basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Application and good typing skills
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Other: must be able to provide a clear criminal background check ( required)

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
