Job Summary
Scrubishly is looking for reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner Subcontractors to join our growing team in the GTA. The house cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in cleaning and hospitality is preferred, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen (oven, fridge and microwave)
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards as required
- Organize spaces to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Arrive on time to scheduled appointments and maintain professionalism with clients
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies during all cleaning activities
- Ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in residential cleaning
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to meet scheduling deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation (own a vehicle) and valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies/equipment (glass cleaner, stainless steel cleaner, all purpose cleaner, mop and vacuum) is an asset
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
