We are currently seeking an experienced and welcoming Front Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Position: Full-time Front Dental Receptionist
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a dental setting ideally with some Dental Assisting background.

Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Have a sound understanding of Dental Insurance, CDCP and MCP.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix.
- Process patient information and verify insurance details to ensure proper billing procedures.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, appointment reminders, and follow-up care.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental office is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in phone systems and office management practices.
- Familiarity with Dental Patient Management systems ideally with Dentrix;
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is an advantage.
