Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Red Seal Ironworker/Welder or fabricators with advanced welding/iron working experience a huge bonus. This is a hands-on, technical role suited for professionals who take pride in their workmanship and can deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Perform high-precision welding using TIG, MIG, and Stick processes
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components to exact specifications
- Operate fabrication machinery, power tools, and hand tools efficiently and safely
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all work meets project and code standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines and goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company and industry safety protocols
- Install structural steel safely #1
- Fabrication of structural steel is a must
Requirements:
- Red Seal Certification in welding/ Ironworking or metal fabrication (mandatory)
- Extensive TIG welding experience, with a strong portfolio of past work
- CWB certification (current or eligible for renewal)
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fabrication and welding (insert desired range)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex drawings and technical documents
- Comfortable working with cranes and other material handling equipment (asset)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Form lift, aerial platform and zoom boom experience very important

Pay: $33.00-$43.00 per hour
