Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including but not limited to facials, microneedling, PRP treatments, laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation with precision and care
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, guest check-in/out, and providing excellent hospitality
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Stay informed about the latest trends in medical aesthetics, skincare innovations, and beauty techniques
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a similar role is essential- minimum of 2 years
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills combined with professionalism and a friendly demeanor are essential for building client trust and loyalty
