As an Accounting Clerk at Kramer Mazda, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all accounts payable functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
- Support additional accounting functions and administrative duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in accounting or finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable or general accounting
