Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and move tires safely throughout the warehouse
- Assist with tire inventory management using warehouse management Costar system
- Support shipping and receiving processes by accurately picking, packing, and preparing tires for shipment
- Aid in deliveries and customer shuttle service
- Conduct lifting and handling of tires to ensure proper storage and order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices in warehouse distribution
- Customer service requirements to aid the front counter will be necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably with tire or automotive products
- Valid certification for operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment
- Knowledge related to warehouse equipment and tire handling processes
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Canadian Pr, NOT a work permit (required)
- Clean criminal record (required)
- Clean driving abstract and Class 5 license (required)
