Delivery Associate – DYH1 Dartmouth, Canada (Starting Pay $23.45/hr.+)
Previous parcel delivery experience required - at least 6 months.
Shifts: Morning, weekday and weekend
Location: DYH1 - Dartmouth -180 Thornhill drive, Dartmouth, B3B 1V3, NS, Canada

Compensation & Benefits
· Paid 2-day training
· Paid Time Off
· Deliver 200-250 packages per day
· Expect to work 4-6 days per week and up to 10 hours per day
· Overtime available in peak seasons
· Bonus available for full-time employees in peak seasons if eligible

Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Must be able to operate and navigate ford transit van.
- Must have a clean background check
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be available and physically able to work a maximum of 10 hours in a day
- Must be comfortable getting in and out of a van multiple times a day
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers

- Currently M.P Group of Companies runs on a 7 day a week schedule; where Drivers will need to be flexible on a variety of workdays, i.e. there is not a set weekly schedule. Are you open to that type of work schedule?
- Currently, Drivers are on full time (4-5 days) schedule. Does this works best for you?
- The Driver role requires a 7-10 year background check (Criminal and Motor Vehicle). Are you okay with that?
