Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking full time employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. Our Company does Landscaping, Snow Removal, Pressure Washing Parkades, Gravel Sweeping, Window Cleaning, and a variety of other Property Maintenance tasks. You will be expected to do physical labor, utilizing power and hand tools, operating equipment, and working collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, operating equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil preparation and plant health.
- Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Pressure Washing Parkades
- Snow Removal
- Operating a plow truck
- Operating a skid steer
- Driving a truck and trailer
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in the operation of power tools and equipment.
- Previous experience operating a skid steer in the summer and for winter snow removal.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Supervising seasonal employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
