River Spirit Golf Club is currently looking to add several energetic and dependable Back Shop Attendants to our Golf Operations Team for the upcoming season. As a Back Shop Attendant, you’ll be a key part of creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests.
This role involves all aspects of golf service, including preparation, cleanliness, and attention to detail in the back shop and staging areas. You’ll be one of the first and last points of contact during a guest’s visit, so a friendly attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
This position is perfect for students, golf enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys being outdoors in a team-focused environment. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time seasonal roles.

Welcome and assist members and guests as they arrive and depart

Stage, prepare, and organize golf carts and pull carts daily

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back shop and cart barn

Operate ball picker and help maintain the driving range and short game area

Monitor charge levels for power carts and ensure they are fully prepped

Assist with opening and closing duties including the cleanliness of the clubhouse washrooms

Communicate clearly with Pro Shop, marshals, and other team members to ensure seamless daily operations

Provide courteous and efficient service while upholding course etiquette standards

Must be at least 16 years old

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on your feet for extended periods

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional demeanor

Detail-oriented with good time management skills

Golf knowledge is considered an asset but not required

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
