We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to run the floor, support the team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. At 850 Degrees, this is not a back-office role. You’ll be in the action, leading by example, keeping service smooth, and making sure every guest leaves wanting more.
We are looking for a Assistant Manger in our Etobicoke and also for our upcoming store in Bloor west village.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the floor while running your own section (earn tips).
- Keep service efficient, positive, and guest-focused.
- Train, coach, and support staff.
- Assist with hiring and building team culture.
- Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Support promotions, events, and initiatives.
What You Bring
- 3+ years serving experience.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.
- Bonus: Management experience in restaurants or retail.
