Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and proficiency in construction management software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse teams, ensure project quality, and maintain adherence to safety and budget standards in a dynamic construction environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs and assisting with construction estimating tasks
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing projects
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment
- Provide mentorship and supervision to construction crews, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and site management
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control procedures
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites
- Certification or training in construction management or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
