Glow Brand Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Glow Brand residential boiler systems. Glow specializes in hydronic heating systems. We also offer Airmax hydronic air handlers to be utilized with our boilers. Glow Brand Boilers are a highly efficient and reliable compliment to our Air handlers, but also can be use for Domestic hot water via a combi unit or stand-a-lone configurations.

Position: Production Associate and Lead Product Tester
As a Production Associate you will work hands on with other associates building and assembling Glow Brand Boiler systems . As a Lead Product Tester you will verify the product is completed to specifications and all control components are tested and verified.

Production associate

Utilizing various had tools you will Assemble Various Glow Brand products including the assembly and installation of associated sub assemblies.

Apply the appropriate product labels to units and sub-assemblies

Report on all deficiencies

Report to supervisor on raw material levels
Product Testing
-
Utilizing a combination of Natural Gas and Electrical testing equipment verify operation of all products.

Confirm operation of all product systems
-
Initiate corrective actions if required.

Document Verifications, Assign and register product Serial numbers

Package Equipment and attach packing labels
General Duties:

Maintain clean and Tidy work area.

Maintain Safe working practices.
Qualifications & Requirements

Min High school diploma with preferred College technical certificate
-
2 years min Manufacturing experience required
-
High degree of Mechanical Aptitude
-
Experience with Heating and Air conditioning systems would be an asset.

Experience with Natural gas testing Equipment we be an asset

Knowledge of electrical testing equipment

Ability to lift 50 Lbs
-
Safety boots, Safety glasses, and work gloves required at all times.

Daily 7am to 3:30pm Shifts
