Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Golf Course Attendant to enhance the night golf experience at our scenic golf facility. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining course cleanliness, and assisting guests with their needs.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Maintain cleanliness of golf carts, clubhouses, and surrounding areas
- Provide information about course rules, tee times, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with check-in procedures, including cash handling and reservations
- Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders and serving refreshments
- Restock supplies and ensure equipment is in good condition for guest use
- Pick balls from the range, park and clean carts
- Perform closing duties
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work evening/ late night shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must have Smart Choices/ Serving it Safe certification
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Cash handling experience for processing payments accurately
- Food service experience is desirable for assisting in the clubhouse or snack bar areas
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple guest needs efficiently
This position is specifically for the "Night Golf" shift (8:30pm-2:30am). Candidates must be over the age of 18.
