*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and conscientious Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various production processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety in the production environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Operate and monitor production machinery, including CNC machines, to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with CNC operations is preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Experience in quality control processes to ensure product compliance with standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
