Daily tasks can include:
Reading construction plans.
Drilling holes to install steel threaded rods.
Installing components onto steel rods.
Tightening, connecting and activating seismic devices.
Cleanup and other related site tasks.
Coring and concrete work
The successful candidates can expect to learn more about structural components, drawings and many other parts of the building process.
Successful candidates will be required to provide for themselves:
Hard hat
High visibility vest
CSA approved steel-toed boots
FVS will provide all other tools, PPE and training.
Commuting to projects around the lower mainland area will be required for this role.
Pay begins between$25.00 and $30.00/hr for this role, dependent on experience.
If you do have previous construction experience you will find new challenges and opportunities working with FVS.
