The Crossing Resort | Canadian Rockies
Trade the rent payment and the rush hour for mountain peaks, great people, and the best summer of your life.
The Crossing Resort is a family-owned and operated hospitality business located on the spectacular Icefields Parkway, 80 km north of Lake Louise, AB, at the junction of Highway 93N and Highway 11. Surrounded by majestic mountain peaks, glaciers, and some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world, this is your chance to live, work, and play in the heart of Banff National Park.
Live cheap, save big:
- Less than $400/month covers your accommodation AND your meals. No rent, no grocery bills, no commute, no big-city expenses. Most of your paycheque stays in your pocket — perfect for paying down debt, building a travel fund, or saving for whatever's next.
- Tips on top. A busy seasonal bar in a destination location means your earning potential goes a lot further when your living costs are this low.
Work hard, play harder:
- A genuinely fun crew. Our seasonal team works together and hangs out together — shared meals, bonfires, hikes, and the kind of friendships that come from living the mountain life side by side.
- Your backyard is a national park. World-class hiking, wildlife, glaciers, and the Columbia Icefield are right out the door. Spend your days off exploring some of the most beautiful country on Earth.
- More than a job — an adventure. Ideal for travellers, students, and anyone who wants their work season to feel like the highlight of the year, not just a paycheque.
