Loshen & Crem is looking for a creative, thoughtful, and highly detail-oriented Digital Content & Brand Communications Specialist to help bring our digital presence to life.
This role is for someone who understands that social media is not just “posting because we need to post.” It is storytelling, education, community, and connection. It is making sure our digital presence feels polished, intentional, and unmistakably Loshen & Crem, never rushed, generic, or giving random Tuesday Canva panic.
As we grow, we need someone who can help translate our world into thoughtful digital content: our services, product launches, events, team moments, client education, boutique energy, and those very real “drop everything, we need a Story for this right now” moments.
This person will work closely with our Marketing Director, Director of Operations, and Customer Experience & E-Commerce Lead to support Instagram stories, social media engagement, campaign visuals, newsletter graphics, product launches, service education, and brand storytelling.
About the role
The Digital Content & Brand Communications Specialist will help maintain and grow Loshen & Crem’s digital presence through thoughtful, beautiful, and strategic content.
You will support the day-to-day storytelling of the brand — from Instagram stories and engagement to newsletter graphics and campaign support. You will help translate what is happening inside the boutique into content that feels educational, elevated, authentic, and aligned with our brand.
This role requires someone who can create visually beautiful content, but also understand the meaning behind it. The right person will know how to tell a story, not just place text on a graphic.

Responsibilities
- Create a monthly calendar of digital posting and schedule thoughtful Instagram Stories that support our products, services, launches, events, education, and daily boutique moments
- Help bring storytelling to our social media in a way that feels authentic, warm, elevated, and aligned with Loshen & Crem
- Support and help manage content across Instagram, Stories, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletters, and digital campaigns
- Assist with content ideas for product launches, service education, events, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Create graphics for newsletters, social media, promotions, events, product launches, and in-store activations
- Review social media performance and bring forward insights, including what is working, what clients are engaging with, and where we can improve
- Help identify content opportunities based on client questions, seasonal needs, product launches, services, and in-store moments
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone across all digital materials
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director, Director of Operations, Customer Experience & E-Commerce Lead, Boutique Lead, and esthetics team
- Bring forward creative ideas, trends, and opportunities that feel aligned with Loshen & Crem’s positioning
- Support last-minute content needs when required, while staying organized and proactive
We are looking for someone who is
- A strong visual storyteller
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable using Canva and/or other design tools
- Naturally interested in skincare, beauty, wellness, esthetics, and client experience
- Able to understand and protect a brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity
- Authentic in how they communicate — not overly trendy, generic, or forced
- Curious and willing to learn about products, treatments, ingredients, and skin education
- Comfortable taking direction while also bringing ideas forward
- Able to look at social media performance and understand what content is connecting with people
- Strong with spelling, grammar, and proofreading
- Calm, professional, and works well in a fast past environment.
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Excited by the idea of helping a growing brand tell its story more clearly
Experience we would love to see
- Experience creating social media content for a brand or business
- Experience creating Instagram Stories, reels, Canva graphics, newsletters, or campaign assets
- Experience or strong interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, esthetics, retail, or hospitality
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar tools
- A portfolio, Instagram account, Canva work, or examples of previous digital content/design work
Formal education is welcome, but not required. We care most about taste level, creativity, reliability, storytelling ability, and alignment with our brand.
Schedule
This is a part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
Some flexibility is required depending on launches, events, campaigns, and content needs. Occasional evening or weekend support may be required for events or timely social media coverage.
Compensation may be reviewed after the initial 3-month period based on performance, initiative, quality of work, and role growth.
